This technology has helped to reduce the working pressure of our plants to 5 to 7 bar and has greatly helped to lower down the power consumption and maintenance level. Our organization effectively uses the advanced screw type atlas copco, air compressors and plate fintype heat exchangers with the ASU for attainment of 100% yield to give waste nitrogen purity of nitrogen gas at the outlet of the cold box as low as 3 PPM. Our plants are fully equipped with the integral vaporizer and the molecular sieves of zeoechem, Switzerland with liquid oxygen pump for filling oxygen directly into the cylinder, bottles hence, removing the usage of old bulky type oxygen compressors and it has no recurring cost of chemicals in our plants.
