In 2007, the company expanded γ series silicone products again and established two new production equipments,one of which can produce 2,000 tons ofn organic silicon intermediates γ1 (γ-chloropropyl trichlorosilane) annually, and the other 1,800 tons of silicone intermediates γ2 Series (γ-chloropropyl Triethyl silane and γ-chloropropyl trimethoxy silane). In October 2007, these new equipments began to work, and with 2 years’hardwork the new plant has formed a good size. The capacity of silicone intermediates γ1 (γ-chloropropyl trichloro silane) annually production is 3,500 tons; silicone intermediates γ2 Series (γ-chloropropyl Triethyl Silane and γ-chloropropyl trimethoxy silane) is 3,300 tons. In order to adapt to market long-term development, solve the safety and environmental issues, and strengthen market anti-risk ability, in 2007, our company developed and constructed several new equipments using raw materials and the by-products. One of them is an annual capacity of 2,000 tons of ethyl silicate production; the next are series equipments that contain silicon coupling agent KH-570, KH-560, KH-792, KH-602; the third one is that an annual capacity of 500 tons of phenyl trimethoxy-silicon.By the end of 2007 the total capacity of organic silicon has reached 6000 tons annually. In 2008, the company cooperate with Japanese ,and found a new factory that an annual production is 12,000 tons of construction of trichlorosilane in ZhanHua county of Binzhou City. In December 2008, the factory of trichlorosilane went into operation. In December 2008, the professional import and export company (Shandong yuyeechem Import and Export Co., Ltd.) was set in linZi of ZiBo city; In 2008, Qingdao QiJin Import & Export Co., Ltd. exported 1,500 tons of chemical products in which the number of organic silicon γ2 Series (γ- chloropropyl triacetate silane and γ-chloropropyl trimethoxy silane)is 1240 tons, while osilane coupling agent is 182 tons.
