Directed mainly at failing corrosion resistance, unclean, short life of GL II series steel made radiator, Suncheer developed BGL series 1Cr18Ni9Ti (Stainless Steel) radiator． BGL is a new generation of slap-up radiator which can take the place of other copper made or steel made radiator, BGL has the same size as GL series． BGL has single line，double lines，four lines，six lines and other non-standard type，each type has different specifications, here we only show the normal types and specifications. The shell and seamless SS tube (Ø18x2mm) are made of 1Crl8Ni9Ti，the fin are made of aluminum, external diameter of fin tube is /38mm，base diameter is /19mm，fin height 9.5mm, fin pitch 3mm，it is in helix shape. Fin tube is argon-arc welded with air duct and water return pipe． BGL series radiator is a kind of heat exchanger, also can be use for cooler． Because adopted 1Cr18Ni9Ti material, BGL can be used as heating apparatus，air conditioner, cooler, dehumidifier, dryer etc, it is suitable for special industries，such as dairy produce，medical chemical, foodstuff etc． All radiating pipes of BGL are tested hydraulically with 25-30kg/square centimeter，and remain 15 minutes．
