| Description: | Vertical Tapping Machine `TapEasy'''' vertical tapping machine, which is useful in tapping, re-tapping, chamfering, reaming, counter sinking etc. This machine can help thread holes from as small as M2 up to M20. It is ideally suited to take the tap to the hole for large & heavy parts. This machine is specially designed to tap the drilled hole of size M2 to M20. The machine has a coverage area of 200 to 1000 MM radius. However, it can be specifically made for higher coverage area, also the machine is pneumatically operated due to which, it can generate a very high torque and weighs very low. To operate this machine the technician need not be a skilled operator. For angular tapping, angular tapping head is specially designed to ease out angular tapping operation. The machine is also recognised as articulated arm tapping machine. The machines are available in three models. Important features of the machine : • Effortless movement of the arm to any hole • Machine tracks the hole with very high precision without any precision settings. • It can tap through hole as well as blind hole with the help of depth control mechanism • The machine can be provided with a different arm length to achieve different area of coverage. • The machine taps the hole to high accuracy to the tolerance level of 6H & 4H • It also maintains the perpendicularity to the level of 15 minutes (measurement of angle) • The most versatile machine for tapping the holes on single plane at multiple locations. • Providing this machine parallel to the twin palette VMC can reduce the tapping cost considerably. • This vertical tapping machine can be easily fitted over the trolley and carried to the heavy work object in order to facilitate tapping • By mounting this machine on the magnetic base, tapping operation on large machine surfaces can be achieved easily. | |
